Tools, Models, and Resources

EMERJ is developing tools, models, and resources for reproductive justice advocates to use to advance their work and build the Reproductive Justice Movement.

EMERJ's Reproductive Justice Lens can be used to identify issues of reproductive justice in our communities. The lens focuses our attention on areas where we don't have control over our gender, bodies and sexuality. In other words, it helps us identify the challenges people face in our communities to having self-determination over their gender, bodies, and sexuality.

The EMERJ Movement Building Strategy is a systematic and strategic approach to building shared vision and analysis while strengthening the leadership of individuals, organizations, and collaborations to making our vision a long-term reality.

EMERJ is currently developing an evaluation tool to measure the impact of reproductive justice work on individual, community, organizational, and movement levels. By demonstrating that reproductive justice is an effective framework for concrete social change, this tool will galvanize individuals and organizations to initiate or continue doing reproductive justice work, as well as increase resources for the movement.
